Our hiring process consists of 4 steps:

1. Application (registration).
2. Passing the test quiz on general English knowledge skills.
3. Passing the test essay on a specific topic.
4. Verification of your persona.

Each step is taken one by one, so in order to proceed to the next step, you have to complete all the previous stages successfully

There's usually a gap between the hiring notification and the test quiz date. It's not a bug. Check your dashboard for the quiz date and time, and add it to your calendar to avoid missing it.

The test quiz will be available for completion for only a short period of time on the only day stated on your dashboard and cannot be taken later. Plan your day carefully to avoid missing the chance to join our team.

First, log out from your account, clean coockies and search history of your browser (for all time) and log in again. If it does not help, please contact our Support Team via email.

No, this is impossible. You are given only one attempt to prove your mastery of the English language. There can be no exceptions. So, provide your answers during the quiz wisely. When the new test is available, you will be notified via email.

There is just one chance for you to take the quiz, so please double-check your computer and network to ensure your working environment's stability before the next quiz is started. When the new quiz is available, you will be notified via email.

Our test quizzes are crafted by experts, so mistakes are impossible to occur. If your answer is marked wrong, it's accurate. No reevaluations are allowed; results are final. Use this as a chance to learn and improve.

If you fail the quiz, you can`t proceed to the test essay in this session. However, don`t give up! You can try again in the next hiring period. Keep an eye on your dashboard and email, and use this time to improve your skills.

After passing the test quiz, the essay task becomes available. Be careful: once you press "Begin essay" you'll have a time limit for completing the test essay so ensure you can dedicate 6 to 12 hours before starting.

Your attempt will be considered as failed, and you won't be able to submit files or proceed further, losing the chance to join in the current hiring session. You can try again in the next hiring period, starting with the test quiz stage.

After submitting your file, wait for the evaluation. If you pass, Support will contact you with the next steps. If you fail, your status will update on the dashboard, with no further contact. Your test essay results will be visible on your dashboard.

Please don't worry! We strive to provide feedback promptly, but high applicant volume may cause delays. Be patient - your essay will not be missed no matter the circumstances!

In the "Test essay results" tab, you'll find a "Result file" with detailed feedback from Quality Assurance. Download it to review comments and improve for future attempts.

When test essays are evaluated, Quality Assurance considers many factors. Instead of just focusing on the marks, review the file with comments to understand the justification behind such a decision. Use this feedback as a lesson for future improvement.

If you successfully pass both the test quiz and essay, our Support Team will contact you with all the necessary details. Just follow the steps requested via email, and if anything is unclear, you can always clarify it with our team.

After passing the hiring tests, you'll receive a 14-day probation pass to apply for orders. During this period, your works will be evaluated by Quality Assurance. At the end, you'll receive feedback and a decision on future cooperation.

To apply for orders, you need a writer's pass. After verification, you'll get a 14-day probation pass, and we'll notify you via email. Be patient and don't panic.

Yes, the probation period can be extended due to a low number of orders completed or the additional examination of your performance is required.

All writers on our Platform have equal chances for orders. If you haven't received one, keep refreshing the "Order Drawing" tab regularly. Note that fewer orders are available during the low season.

You can only have one active account. If terminated for low-quality work, you may reapply after improving. Owning multiple active accounts will result in a ban as well as other corresponding sanctions.

Sharing your account/account information with any third parties is strictly prohibited by our policies. Violation of these policies will lead to harsh financial penalties and termination of cooperation.

If you believe your account was hacked, first of all you should change your passwords on all your personal emails. Make sure you log out from all devices in the system. Then, change your password in the system. Please note that we provide all the latest secure technologies to make sure there is no data leak. So, it is your responsibility to keep your passwords safe. Don't forget to log out from all the accounts when using a public PC, don't share your passwords anywhere. Remember, that the papers uploaded by hackers will be considered as papers uploaded by you.

Although we know that sometimes our accounts are for sale, purchasing accounts, same as selling, is prohibited. If we find out the account was sold, then the account will be deactivated and corresponding sanctions will be applied.

After your account is activated, navigate to the Order drawing section to view current available orders. Each order has unique requirements, so carefully review the instructions and supplementary materials. If you can fulfill the client's needs and meet the deadline, click the "Apply for order drawing" button. If you realize that you will not be able to deliver high-quality work on a particular order, you can cancel your application while the order drawing is still ongoing by clicking the "Withdraw" button. If, after double-checking the instructions, you are 100% sure of your skills, just wait for the order drawing to complete. In case you win an Order, the system will assign it to you automatically. After that, you will be able to start the work on the assignment right away. However, sometimes, the system may ask for additional confirmation from you. In such a case, after you are assigned, you will have to press the "Accept order" button on the order`s page. But once again, do it only if you are confident in your expertise in the required field.

Field competencies are your subject expertise. Update your profile by clicking "Claim Field Competence" and selecting your subject and skill level.

A writer pass gives access to orders and comes in ranks (Not Ranked, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond), with higher ranks earning more bonuses. Better performance can lead to a higher rank upon renewal, and vice versa.

If your writer pass expires, you can't accept new orders. Our team monitors passes, but if yours expires unexpectedly, go to the writer pass section, click "Create Writer Pass", and submit your request. It will be reviewed promptly.

Orders are regularly added, so refresh the list for new opportunities. While autumn and spring bring more orders, summer and winter tend to have fewer.

We aim to deliver exceptional papers to our Customers, and as such, not fulfilling your responsibilities as a freelance writer may result in financial penalties and a lower writer pass status all in accordance to our "Terms and Conditions".

Yes, we have a writer pass system that rewards consistent performance. Writers who meet deadlines and deliver quality work are promoted to higher levels, earning larger bonuses and vice versa.

No, your personal information is secure, and Customers cannot access your real name, email, or other details. A public name is assigned for communication.

No, according to our "Terms and Conditions", publishing or using the paper as a sample is strictly prohibited and may lead to the corresponding sanctions including the termination of our cooperation.

Plagiarism is using someone else's work as your own and is considered academic dishonesty. To avoid it, use your own ideas only, follow formatting rules, and avoid paraphrasing. Submitting plagiarized work is prohibited and may result in penalties.

No, it's strictly prohibited. Academic institutions use measures to detect the use of such tools by students, and content generated by AI will be considered plagiarism and may result in severe sanctions including the termination of our cooperation.

Tickets are a means of addressing issues or concerns related to an order that require resolution from either the Support Team or the Customer. If you have any requests or inquiries regarding your order, they should be submitted through the ticket system.

To create a ticket, click "Report a problem" in the top right of the order page. Provide a brief title and detailed description. After submitting, you'll be redirected to the Tickets section for messaging and file attachments.

You'll receive notifications at the top of the page and can check Support responses in the ticket section. Click "Resolve" when the issue is fixed, or "Withdraw" if you solve it yourself.

You can find all of your tickets by checking the Tickets tab on your dashboard.

When claiming an order, it's essential to pay attention to the following factors:

• Spacing (note that 1 single-spaced page is equivalent to 2 double-spaced pages).
• Paper format (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.).
• Type of work (writing, rewriting, editing and custom).
• Deadline (ensure that you can meet the specified deadline).
• Order attachments (check that all necessary files are attached and accessible. If not, contact the Support Team for assistance).
• Credentials in the Credentials section of the order page.
• Number of pages / words (verify that the number of pages / words paid for by the Client matches what's specified in the paper details and instructions attached)

After claiming an order, wait for confirmation or denial. Once the drawing period ends, the system selects the best writer based on factors like pass level, workload, order count, number of revisions, urgency, and complexity.

Yes, you can withdraw your application for an order by clicking the "Withdraw" button, which will terminate your participation in order drawing.

Once assigned, you're responsible for delivering the paper as per the Customer's instructions and deadline. Orders may still be reassigned. To request reassignment, contact Support. Frequent or late requests may lead to penalties.

Yes, you can apply for multiple orders at once. However, it's important to ensure that you can complete all of them perfectly and within the specified deadlines.

Yes, you can request a manual assignment for an order if you notice that it is related to an order you're currently working on or have already completed. To do so, contact our Support Team via live chat with your request.

All of the orders assigned to you can be found in the "My Orders" section. This section also includes a search bar at the top of the page, allowing you to filter and search through all of your orders.

It is strictly forbidden to communicate with the Client through any personal communication channels such as email, phone, or social networks. Instead, use tickets for communication. You can also contact the Support Team via email or live chat.

If you have questions about an order, contact Support team through the ticket system so that they provide the necessary information or communicate with the Customer if needed. Timely inquiries are important, as late requests may lead to penalties.

Delivering the order on time is one of your primary responsibilities. If you can't meet the deadline for some reason, inform Support in advance so that they try to request an extension from the Customer.

If an order is complex and needs extra research, pages, or a higher academic level, inform Support with strong reasons to support your position. For assigned orders, use the ticket system; otherwise, contact Support via live chat.

Please create a ticket for this issue, and our Support Team will put the order on hold and request the necessary materials from the Customer.

Some sources may be accessible through the Customer's online library. If they agree, they can provide access, but ensure their information is secure. Use a VPN and log in from the USA, UK, Australia, or Canada.

After finishing your work, go to the "My orders" section and select the relevant order. At the bottom right corner of the page, upload the final version of your work and confirm its submission. This will change the order status to "Submitted".

An Extra Quality Check is a procedure that ensures high-quality work and reduces revisions or refunds. After the final submission, Quality Assurance may review it, providing feedback for improvement, which you must address.

Revisions are changes requested by Clients who are dissatisfied with the paper you delivered or need minor improvements. We provide unlimited free revisions within 30 days after the order`s completion.

If you want to find all the revisions you have, you can access them in the "Revisions" section on your dashboard. You can also use the search bar on the top of the page to filter and search for specific revision.

When you receive a revision request, it is important to address it promptly. Check the details of the request and make sure that the changes requested align with the initial order instructions and the work you provided. If everything is in order, accept the revision and make the necessary changes to the work. If you feel that the revision level is not appropriate or have any concerns, contact the Support team for assistance. Keep in mind that revision requirements cannot contradict or request more than what was stated in the initial instructions.

If the Customer requests work beyond the initial instructions, inform our Support team via ticket or live chat. We will negotiate compensation or suggest placing a new order for the extra work.

If you require more time to complete a revision, it is important to inform our Support Team immediately about the issue, as you are expected to complete the revision by the given deadline or even earlier if possible.

After finishing the revision, go to the "Revisions" tab and open the relevant revision. Upload the files and submit the revision. Ensure you submit every revision once the final version is ready.

To reduce revisions, adhere to Customer requirements, prevent plagiarism, and eliminate errors, such as wording, grammar, etc. Submit work punctually and only accept orders you are confident in completing successfully.

Your work is considered accepted if no revision, reassign, or refund requests are made during the approval period.

If a Customer asserts the paper doesn't meet instructions, our Quality Assurance team will review it. If found lacking, you'll face financial penalties and performance record impact.

The Grading section displays evaluations conducted by our Quality Assurance Department. Gradings can be submitted for various reasons, and depending on the quality, they may result in fines, bonuses, or no actions taken.

We process payments through Payoneer. You provide your payment method information to the Support Team as a part of the verification procedure. You can also update your payment method contacting the Support Team if needed.

We pay writers twice a month, between the 1st-5th and 15th-20th. Payments are only sent to writers who have earned at least $50.00.

A pending balance, visible on your dashboard, represents earnings for completed orders awaiting Client approval. Once approved, funds are transferred to your Real Balance.

A real balance consists of funds available for withdrawal.

A payment batch refers to a group of payments for separate orders sent to you as a single payout for a specific payment period.
