The answer is no. This increases the risk of getting your details compromised, your account being hacked. We recommend you to delegate the work to your team outside the platform. Thus, there is no chance a paper will be uploaded to the system without your prior approve, and there is no chance your writers will perform the actions which might result your account blockage or termination.

If you believe your account was hacked, first of all you should change your passwords on all your personal emails. Make sure you log out from all devices in the system. Then, change your password in the system. Please note that we provide all the latest secure technologies to make sure there is no data leak. So, it is your responsibility to keep your passwords safe. Don't forget to log out from all the accounts when using a public PC, don't share your passwords anywhere. Remember, that the papers uploaded by hackers will be considered as papers uploaded by you.

Although we know that sometimes our accounts are for sale, purchasing accounts, same as selling, is prohibited. If we find out the account was sold, then the account will be deactivated, and both the seller's and the buyer's emails and phone numbers will be blacklisted.

Field competencies refer to your areas of expertise within specific subjects. It's essential for the Support team to know your proficiency in each field. Update your profile with your field competencies by clicking "Claim Field Competence" and selecting the subject and your skill level within that subject.

A writer pass grants access to orders and comes in various ranks (Not Ranked, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Higher ranks earn increased monetary bonuses per order. Each pass has a validity period and must be renewed by our team upon expiry. Improved performance can result in a higher-ranked pass during renewal and visa-versa.

When your writer pass expires, you'll be unable to accept new orders. To obtain a new pass, visit the writer pass section and click "Create Writer Pass." Enter the necessary details and click "Request Pass." Our team will promptly review and either approve or deny your request.

Orders are constantly being added to our list, so we recommend regularly refreshing it to view new opportunities. While we do have high and low seasons, orders are received regularly throughout the year. This is to minimize the need for revisions or refunds and ensure high-quality work. You will have the opportunity to review and make any necessary corrections based on the feedback.

Revisions are changes requested by clients who are dissatisfied with the paper you delivered or need minor improvements. We provide unlimited free revisions within 30 days after the customer's deadline.

When you receive a revision request, it is important to address it promptly. The Grading section displays evaluations conducted by our Quality Assurance Department. Gradings can be submitted for various reasons, and depending on the quality, they may result in fines, bonuses, or no actions taken.

We process payments through Payoneer. Visit your profile in the top right corner and enter your payment method information. You can also update your payment method there if needed.

We pay writers twice a month, between the 1st-5th and 15th-20th. Payments are only sent to writers who have earned at least $50.00.

A pending balance, visible on your dashboard, represents earnings for completed orders awaiting client approval. Once approved, funds are transferred to your Real Balance.
